Our history

VPK-Sooruzheniye started up in Moscow in 2007 as a small united management company at few state defense enterprises and joined forces, intelligence and ideas of separate local technical services. Over time the number of properties handed over into the management grew up, the range of tasks expanded and the company gained experience to improve the quality of services.
 
Today VPK-Sooruzheniye is one of the largest management companies in the real estate market with more than 1 000 000 sq.m. of properties of any kind at 16 sites located in Moscow and the region. The company also exercises maintenance of external utilities on the territory of about 150 hectares. The company's staff has increased from several dozen to several hundred people. 
 
Thanks to the achievements our company has become an active participant in the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, in the Guild of Managers and Developers, has joined a leading Russian self-regulated construction organization (SRO "MOS"), has successfully passed the certification of quality management under ISO 9001:2008.
