As part of the planned replacement of the tenants VPK-Sooruzheniye has signed a long-term rent agreement with X5 Retail Group. Under this agreement Perekrestok store is laid out on the premises of the shopping center on Baltiyskaya street.

The rent area of the store is 2 400 sq.m. The shopping center on Baltiyskaya street is a specialized one which aims to meet requirements of local people.

In the Sokol district there is a big problem with grocery stores so that signing agreement with Perekrestok is not only a commercial transaction but the contribution of VPK-Sooruzheniye and X5 Retail Group to the development of social infrastructure in the district. Invitation of tenants which can bring great benefit to local people is one of the priorities of our company.
